I have the pleasure of living a life in the service of my King. I don't always do what I ought and even when I do I don't always to it with a good attitude. But a midst the ever learning and growing I have the honor of working beside some amazing adults who love the Lord and truly want His glory to be seen in their lives. Yeah they blow it from time to time. But when they realize it, they stop and re-evaluate and remember what they really want, what really counts. To serve the Lord with everything and in everything serve the Lord. In a day and age where most Christians live a half-hearted Christian life at best, I am blessed to know some of the few Christians who are truly dedicated to living for Him, come what may. Most of these, and specifically the two whom this post is about, are younger than me yet are so often challenging to me, encouraging to me, and down right convicting to me in my Christian walk. Their dedication and service to our amazing Lord and Savior is humbling and only ever spurs me on to walk closer to Him. And not only in the good times, but even and especially in the hard times. The times when I just want to give up but have to remember to get up.
While I go on an on about their character, I know they would be the first to admit that all of this amazing character isn't even due to them but to the Lord who has been allowed to work and change their lives and hearts. We truly serve an amazing and loving God.
With all of this sharpening going on I just had to get in on it. How could I not with such awesomeness surrounding me? I probably haven't stated this in the flowing manner that they would/did so you should stop by and read his blog and her blog. You will be blessed.
